利比里亞漁業合作項目 Liberia Fisheries Cooperation Project

項目建設占地：10平方公里。該地塊由利比里亞政府無償出讓，用以建設漁業園區（現已出讓3000畝）。

The project construction covers an area of 10 square kilometers. The land was sold free of charge by the Liberian government for the construction of a fishing park (3000 acres have now been sold).

投資規模：總投資約30億元人民幣。并提供35年最優惠投資免征稅等政策。允許從0-200海里的33艘捕撈漁船作業指標漁船(25~200米、動力150~2000千瓦)。

Investment scale: The total investment is about 3 billion yuan. And provide the most favorable investment tax exemption and other policies for 35 years. Allow 33 fishing vessels from 0-200 nautical miles to operate as fishing vessels (25-200 meters, power 150-2000 kilowatts).

建設周期：5-8年分三期投資建設：

項目地理為八個功能區塊：漁業碼頭作業區及油罐等陸域配套（修造船廠）、水產冷鏈物流加工區、商品交易區及交易中心、水產養殖基地、農業示范休閑觀光區、中央商務區、公益事業區塊（蓋一個學校及醫院）、生活配套設施區。

Construction period: 5-8 years, divided into three phases of investment and construction:

The project is divided into eight functional blocks: fishing dock operation area and land supporting facilities such as oil tanks (shipyards), aquatic cold chain logistics processing area, commodity trading area and trading center, aquaculture base, agricultural demonstration leisure and sightseeing area, central business district, public welfare area (with a school and hospital built), and living facilities area.

合作方式中國或其他國家的公司合作或者單位項目合作，不限條件和模式。
